This is a bright and modern second floor space with hardwood floors and charming unobstructed views of the street and neighborhood garden from full-wall windows. Our cafe is 625 square feet, with marble tables and Viennese chairs, seating up to 40 people. The space can be used for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, for social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. Our upright piano enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall. A full kitchen an elevator flight/2 sets of stairs down. Located 5 minutes walk from the C train ot 10 minutes from 1,2,3 line. Please include set up and clean up time when booking your time slot. Hard liquor, DJs, and outside sound system are not allowed at the space.
Booked time slot includes set up and clean up time for events shorter than 4 hours. Events longer than 4 hours get an extra 30 minutes set up and 30 minutes clean up time. We expect guests to clean up and leave the space as they found it. Decorations are allowed, as long as they don’t damage the property. Catering available, outside catering is welcome. Hard liquor, DJs, and outside sound system are not allowed at the space.
What a charming space for our baby shower. Olga was an exceptional communicator and answered all our questions. This was such a great and pain free experience.
Olga and James were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. James met me earlier in the day so that I could drop off catering supplies and then met me again at the beginning of the event. He was on premises and available for the entire event and was generous enough to allow us an additional 30 minutes when our event ran a little long. The venue itself was the perfect size for 30-40 people and felt spacious and also intimate. The large windows allow for a lot of natural light. There was a speaker system that while not very large, served my purposes well (background music). I would recommend this space for social gatherings and networking events and will reserve it again for future events.
The prep spaces are considerable smaller than what you might expect. However the host was very accommodating and did his best to work with us to make the event a success. It doesn’t really have music so be sure to bring your own. Other than that, the space was perfect for my event and i’d consider it again.

I found Cafe Victoria in search to find a place for a surprise party. The place looks exactly like in the pictures, super cozy and beautiful. It’s a great place for baby shower, private events, holidays parties/dinners, conferences etc. Olga and James were really helpful and it was really easy working with both of them. The facility were squeaky clean and the restrooms conveniently located. Also James, our point of contact while in the venue, was very friendly and accommodating. My overall experience was very pleasant. I’d definitely recommend and use Cafe Victoria for any future events. Thank you for everything Olga and James.
