The loft is located in a historic New York building; the facade has not changed in over a hundred years. The space has been featured in several film/photo shoots. There is ample space in the private hallway to stage all equipment. *Freight elevator *High wooden beamed ceilings *Exposed red brick/hardwood floors *Dining table and chairs
If you move things, please move them back. Trash must be placed in black trash bags and left in hallway. If it is after 8pm please place trash outside on the curb. If it's not very much trash, just throw in city garbage outside. Make sure elevator is locked before you leave and slide keys back under the front door. NO SMOKING!
The host Layla was great! She was even in a different country and still completely responsive on the day of our shoot. The space was very eccentric and made for a great brick backdrop for our sit down interview. The only thing we would suggest is be careful shooting on a hot day as we had to turn AC off due to the loud sound of it and it got very hot & humid in the space.
The space is very nice once inside! Hallway is a bit tight to load in a lot of gear, but isn't insurmountable and it worked great as a location for our shoot
