PLEASE NOTE: Our space is ideal for low-key dinner parties and gatherings. Not suitable for loud music or dance parties. Our unique space is an old Brick and Timber loft with building elements of warm, exposed brick and hardwood floors. The open 2,100 square feet space with 12' ceilings is great for intimate events and located close to downtown Oakland, Jack London Sq. and great restaurants. The corner building is located in the quiet Prescott Neighborhood and features large walls of windows with lots of controllable natural light. Other spaces in the building-please be respectful of tenants. Although there is no Air Conditioning (AC), fans can be placed in a couple of windows to provide air circulation and cooling effect. PARKING: 1 gated/assigned parking spot. All others, FREE regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions/no meters. However, please note street cleaning signs for Thursday and Friday afternoons between 12:30pm and 3:30pm. ---- Additional table/chair rentals available. Host will be available to answer questions.
