Our unique space is an old Brick and Timber loft with building elements of warm, exposed brick and hardwood floors. The open 2,100 square feet space with 12' ceilings is great for intimate events and located close to downtown Oakland, Jack London Sq. and great restaurants. The corner building is located in the quiet Prescott Neighborhood and features large walls of windows with lots of controllable natural light. Great space that we were able to find for a baby shower. Mick was responsive whenever we had a question leading up to event day. Plenty of street parking, clean space, bonus that there were tables and chairs available for use! There was a kitchen that made things easy for clean up.

OMG! This space was amazing!!! And Mick is the coolest human ever! I will certainly come back and use this space for all intimate gatherings! As a wedding + event planning team, we enjoyed the ease of securing, set up, all of it!!! I don't want to brag to much about it because I want it to be available when I need it - LOL.
