Studio is located in a mostly residential, non-commercial area, so there is usually a good amount of parking. Loading is an easy curb-to-door, all single level. You can of course pull permits for additional dedicated parking.

As this is a working recording studio, with lots of vintage gear and instruments about, we do ask for extra care in keeping in mind that they are expensive and often irreplaceable items, and must only be handled with under the supervision of our staff. There will be at least one member of our staff on site for any booking, and they will help with what can be moved around (Some equipment will not be permitted to be moved for any reason, including the mixing board). Moving of any equipment must be supervised by our staff, who will dictate how to properly move. Please include the following with your booking inquiry: *Total number of cast & crew (anything above 25 will need special consideration) *Desired date(s) (Note: Peersapce calendar is not often accurate, contact us for availabilities) *Hours you will need (example: 8am-6pm, etc.) *Equipment & lighting specs (all our circuits are 20 amp) All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. Overages will be billed hourly. RECORDING ENGINEER (Optional) - $500/day (we can record whatever you need in Pro Tools, provide you with files, and/or provide a live feed to your audio) PLEASE SELECT our "Recording Engineer Add-On" When bookin FOOD AND DRINK: Only in the lounge areas, both inside and outside. We have a craft service table available for our outside patio. Catering is allowed. If setup outside, must be respectful of neighbors re noise-levels. LIGHTING must be on your stands, C-Stands, or handheld. No lighting to be attached to drop ceiling. OTHER EQUIPMENT must be on rollers/casters or something that will not scratch the floors. SMOKE & FIRE EFFECTS are generally not allowed. Though limited water-based smoke effect may be permissible upon discussion and approval from host. No Smoking inside the building. You will be responsible for clearing and cleaning up whatever you have brought in to leave space in same condition as when you arrive . Separate clean up charge may be charged if not. The guest undertakes to hold the host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. INSURANCE: Renter must provide us with a certificate of insurance naming us as “Additional Insured” and “Loss Payee” under Renter’s Comprehensive General Liability Policy.
