All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our daylight photo studio is a beautiful space that promotes creativity and positive energy. Decorated simply so there are no distractions from you and your work. This creative space is fill with natural lighting and comes ready with profoto equipment. Daylight photo studio 1000 sq shooting space Plenty of day light Southface 15th high ceiling 40ft long x 25ft wide Freight elevator Open from 7am to 11pm **two profoto heads, 2400 acute pack, pocket wizard and 60 inch octabox is included.** This creative space is great for the following: photo studio rentals, video studio rentals, art & event space for movie screen, art expo, fashion shows, holding & pop up shop.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We used this room for a beautiful candle lit choir scene - the building and space was beyond my expectations! Absolutely beautiful! A little confusing as far as finding the room since there were two entrances; however, I didn't mind looking around all the beautiful art work and antique furniture that decorated the hallways. Definitely will book again!

The space was perfect for our photo shoot and appear as advertised. The host gave us the password to access to the studio and we get in easily. We had a little cold inside, however it is normal in those spaces with high ceilings, maybe that could improve. I recommend it and would book again.
