About the Space
3,200 square feet of amazing studio and creative work space. Includes 1600 sq ft. room with a stage with a white cyclorama (infinity wall) and ceiling and rolling lights - great for giving a presentation or doing training sessions, etc. Workspace room (also 1600 square feet) includes sofas, desks, tables, large cinema displays for laptop computers to plug into and various break-out areas for smaller groups of people to congregate. There is also a front room for welcoming guests. This room can be closed off from the other rooms for private meetings. Super fast Internet as well as the ability to broadcast live from the facilities and a makeup station (for any presenters that may need it). Super cool air conditioning and loads of free parking in our own parking lot. (10 plus assigned spaces and free parking on the nearby street. During the weekends the entire parking lot of around 100 spaces is available for free) This space is also used for film and video productions, and is also a creative workspace, so it is not suitable for wild parties or events where equipment might get damaged.

Charles was very responsive and easy to work with and answered any questions we had very quickly. The space was great for our video shoot, and we used the VIP room for our lunch break which was also very nice. I would definitely recommend the space and book there again. The only thing to be aware of before booking is that there is sometimes overhead plane noise from the Burbank airport, and beeping noise from occasional deliveries near the site. We had to pause filming several times to wait for the noise to clear but it was not constant, just a little more active in the second half of the day. I think you will run into this in many studios around LA so it was nothing we didn't expect. The cyc wall is very well taken care of, and the space was clean and looked very much like the pics on the site. Overall, a great experience there.
