We are a modern, urban-industrial craft distillery making the world's largest portfolio of organic spirits - right in the heart of the downtown LA Arts District. At 4,200 square feet and with two distinct spaces, the distillery is perfect for everything from 20-person intimate mixers held in our Tasting Room & Bar area, to 250+ person parties that sprawl onto the distillery floor, alongside 2,000-gallon whiskey barrels and rustic copper stills. Our various packages for private events can also include customizable add-ons exclusive to our unique setting: -Distillery tours -Whiskey tastings -Cocktail making, spirit-tasting, and craft-your-own-gin stations -Cocktail classes -Infusion classes -Tray-passed mini-cocktails -Customizable open bars -Many more options Catering, food trucks, AV, valet, music and other services may be added in as well from our extensive preferred vendor list, or you may bring in your own at no extra fee. Each space (distillery production floor + Skybox tasting room) is $175 per hour and may be rented separately, or together, depending on your needs. We offer non-profit discounts, and are willing to customize to work within your budget. Message us and include your email so we can send you our full event packet.
Please note that event pricing is subject to change based on number of attendees, date, time and other event details. What is listed above is a minimum for simply renting both floors of the space. Fees and extra charges may apply for primetime hours and/or if your event requires us to cancel our public cocktail classes or tours (Fridays and Saturdays in certain situations). For events serving food on the distillery production floor, a $250 cleaning fee is assessed. No open flames or heating devices of any kind are allowed in the venue without express consent from the Tasting Room Manager. No vaporizers, illegal substances, glitter, firearms, fireworks, non-service animals, smoke-, fog- or snow-machines. No smoking within 25 feet of the venue. No outside liquor (we have plenty here!) Wine, champagne and beer are OK with written consent of Tasting Room Manager. We have a zero-tolerance policy on underage drinking -- guests under 21 are welcome, but will not be allowed to participate in alcohol-related activities.
This was an amazing booking experience. Bennett always got back to me quickly, and was extremely flexible with how we wanted to use the space. We used the top tasting area, and it was BEAUTIFUL. We were doing a board game night and everyone had a blast--the staff working the event were excellent, we had plenty of space, we were able to have food, and the drinks and tasting were PHENOMENAL. I would definitely do another event in this space, and highly recommend it to literally anyone and everyone.
This was such a nice venue to work with! I am an event planner so I deal with a lot of venues and venue managers. This venue did not disappoint. The process was smooth and easy. They were very attentive and always had someone available to answer questions. The staff is knowledgeable and I felt like took pride in the place. I feel like they all have some creative input so it really feels like a family owned business. There was no invasive nature the night of the event. They were mellow and friendly. We felt like it was just us at the location like a home away from home. The vibe is cool and clean. The open space is refreshing and has a nice vibrant open feel. The lighting dims which is great and the sound system is nice. The liquor they produce is truly unique and one of the best products I have experienced in a long time with a nice price point. I will be selling this location to my clients for sure!
Our event was a BIG hit and that had a lot to do with the venue. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Bennett, who was always available to respond to all my questions via e-mail. Our event coordinator, Mimi, was nothing short of fantastic. AND the cocktails were AMAZING. Our guest could not stop talking about their whole experience at Greenbar.
LOVED this venue!! What made it even better was the great communication from Bennett! I thoroughly enjoyed planning my husband's surprise 30th birthday party, with the help of Bennett and the staff executed it well. All our guests had a great time! We cannot say enough good things about Bennett and the awesome crew at Greenbar. We had a party of 130 people. We had plenty of room for food, games, a gigantic raffle, and mingling. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The venue is unique and cool. And our group photo is epic. We highly recommend Greenbar.
Bennett was incredibly helpful and patient with us over the course of the months leading up to our event. he worked with the catering company, the table and chair rental company, the photobooth company, and with us directly answering all our questions and helping to coordinate everything and our event went off without a hitch. the space is incredible, the spirits are even better, but Bennett's help along the way was what made everything click and what would bring us back here for another event. thanks, Greenbar!
VERY helpful host! Awesome place - definitely recommend! Our guests loved their experience - not only from the ambiance but from the friendly staff and great distillery tour. Not only did they learn something - they got to taste what they saw being made! Organic too! So cool! The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Good suggestions that helped us fit everything into our budget.
We hosted an event at Greenbar this past weekend and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. Bennett was especially great to work with, from start to finish. Many of our party guests commented on the beautiful and unique space of the Distillery Floor.
