Our on-site manager ensures that your guests enjoy the best that the city has to offer in expressive, delicious foods. State of the art AV and a live Ruckus system deliver for your presentations, workshops and off-sites. House Rules: Welcome! Check-in: You will be greeted at the front door by our hostess at your stated arrival time then escorted to the meeting room for an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, food delivery, and emergency instructions. • All food and beverage must be brought in. • Feel free to reconfigure the chairs to suit your needs. • I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. • Our catering partner will provide drop off breakfast and/or lunch. Hostess will provide you contact info so that you can arrange in advance to set up a specific time. Check-out: • The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated • Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. • If a farewell in person is not possible the code to the digital lock and instructions for its use will be covered in your introduction Your feedback for improvements and suggestions for enhancing this space are greatly appreciated! We offer 5 preferred vendors for catering. Our food experiences have been designed to be special. We offer 3 preferred vendors for furniture - class, vintage and luxe! Load in and clean up times must be included in Peerspace rental. No smoking on premises inside or outside.
The space was perfect for hosting casual consumer focus group sessions. The team blocked off an waiting area and we had ample seating for both the consumers and the clients. Love the new couch! :) Our contact, Joseph, was incredibly helpful. It was fantastic that he stayed on site for the entire meeting. Thank you!
