This is a gorgeous and intimate space that is now available for unforgettable team building events, meetings, presentations, and workshops. This space is a dark and utterly charming multi-media performance space featuring red velvet curtains, a stage with old-timey footlights, a curved balcony, a low-lit speakeasy style barroom, and the cool mix of a fresh attitude paired a classic theater vibe. This space is a haven for adventurous souls hungry for new thrills in unexpected settings. It's like walking into a David Lynch film.” The Bold Italic Our maximum capacity is 65 (50 seats and 15 standing). Space rental requires a 4-hour minimum. Evening hours generally are sometime between 5pm-12am (from load in to load out). Daytime can be between 8am-5:00pm (from load in to load out). Rate ranges from $145-225 based upon the day of the week and the time of day. Rate Includes: On-site Manager/Doorperson, PA with 3 mics/2 DIs, a 7’x7’ screen, wooden folding chairs, two tables (one 3’x4’ wooden table and one 6’ plastic folding table). There is an additional fee of $25 per hour for a bartender Bar: Beer/wine/juices/teas/sparkling soda/coconut water provided by Lost Church and can be no host or the client can set a pre-determined cap and pay for their attendees' beverages in advance or at the end of the event. Drink prices range from $3-10 each. No outside drinks please, unless pre-approved. When approved, corkage fee is $10 per bottle. Food: Outside finger food, appetizers, and cake or cupcakes prepared by either a caterer or the client are welcome (no messy food, please). There is very little behind the scenes space to prepare or store food. Snacks are great, but anything approaching a dinner scenario is not a good fit. Acoustic or low volume music only, please. Drums are to be played with brushes or hands. Low volume DJs (no heavy subwoofers/bass). Our PA does have a jack to play music from a laptop or other device.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
