Our spacious upstairs loft is perfect for off-site meetings and lunches. There are amazing views of our estate vineyards. We are conveniently located 1 mile off of Hwy. 101 north. We are about 10 miles from the Sonoma County Airport (STS) and 60 miles from San Francisco International (SFO). We are easily accessible by Uber. We are located just minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza and its world class restaurants. Our space can be configured many ways and is sure to be the perfect place to host your team off-site. The rate includes use of: 10 round tables 7 queen tables 3-8ft tables 1-6ft table 35 brown wood chairs 15 black wood chairs Use of Epson VS240 Projector (guests are responsible for set-up and any trouble-shooting) Use of projector screen The hourly rate includes setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.
We charge a $200 cleaning fee in addition to any rental costs if food or beverage is served. We require 1 of our staff members for every 15 guests to host your group if coffee/beverage service or catering of any kind is being scheduled. The rate for the staff member is $20 per hour and is charged in 2 hour increments. All trash and equipment must be taken with you upon departure. Linens, glassware, speaker and microphone must be rented for an additional cost. Please ask. We can provide coffee/beverage service for an extra charge, please ask No outside alcohol is allowed, wine may be purchased from our tasting room. We can provide boxed or catered lunch for an additional fee. There is no cooking allowed. We cannot host weddings or rehearsal dinners.
