No smoking, No alcohol is allowed to be sold on the premises. Pets are not allowed inside the house (my son has horrible allergies). No walls can be touched in anyway without previous written approval. Because of the marble tile entry in the front of the house no heavy items should be brought through front of the house and nothing heavy should be held above the marble(in case it falls we would never be able to find replacement tiles) All heavy items will have to be brought through on the side of the house.The bar stools are old and are mostly for looks please do not sit on them. Carpet is new please don't eat or drink on the carpet. The wood floors were just redone don't drink over the wood floor. Any stains on carpet they will be a $500 cleaning charge any deep scratches or staining on wood floor there will be a $2,000 refinishing charge. Any marble broken there will be a $15,000 repair charge (this marble doesn't exist anymore all the marble will have to be replaced). Wood floors must be covered with moving blankets at all times No Pornography can be shot here A cleaning fee is already added to the price There is a 4 hour minimum If you need the house after 7pm the rate will increase to $450 an hour. We live in this house but we are very flexible. We can provide food and drinks at an additional price please contact me for details
