This space can accommodate up to 80 people seated at tables or 100 people seated theater style. Rates Sunday - Friday 8am - 4pm: $265/hour with 8 hour minimum Sunday - Friday 5pm - 12am: $300/hour with 7 hour minimum Sunday - Friday Full Day: $400/hour with 10 hour minimum gives you access from 8am - 12am Saturday Rate: $650/hour with 10 hour minimum gives you access from 8am - 12am Wi-Fi is available for $20/user/day. We had a wonderful event at this space. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The tables a and chairs were are all set properly and the folks that came to let us in were friendly and gave us all the info we needed. The only issues we had were: (a) there is very little cell service at this location and wifi costs $, (b) the sound system (which we paid $100 for) wasn't quite loud enough so we had to supplement with our own speakers and (c) the light in the bar area is a very bright white light and not on a dimmer so it is a little glaring. But, all of these things were not huge issues and we would definitely rent this place again.
