This space can accommodate up to 80 people seated for dinner, 120 for stand-up reception, or 100 people seated theater style. Rates Sunday - Friday 8am - 4pm: $250/hour with 8 hour minimum Sunday - Friday 5pm - 12am: $300/hour with 7 hour minimum Sunday - Friday Full Day: $350/hour with 10 hour minimum gives you access from 8am - 12am Saturday Rate: $525/hour with 10 hour minimum gives you access from 8am - 12am Wi-Fi is available for $20/user/day. We had a wonderful event at this space. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The tables a and chairs were are all set properly and the folks that came to let us in were friendly and gave us all the info we needed. The only issues we had were: (a) there is very little cell service at this location and wifi costs $, (b) the sound system (which we paid $100 for) wasn't quite loud enough so we had to supplement with our own speakers and (c) the light in the bar area is a very bright white light and not on a dimmer so it is a little glaring. But, all of these things were not huge issues and we would definitely rent this place again.

Shawn was great to work with and they were very accommodating. The info packet was super helpful and detailed. Such a cute spot for our wedding. Beware it gets very windy so I would not recommend planning for outdoor activities, or at least have a backup plan inside. We got so many compliments on the space and it was perfect for our rustic and fun wedding. We had a food truck which was very easy since it’s a space that is very familiar in working with them. They have lots of rentals on site. Some are included in the fee and some toy pay extra- which is nice. Chairs could use updating as they are black office type chairs. I highly recommend this place for events and wedding receptions!
