About the Space
A charming event space situated on the edge of San Francisco Bay. The windows overlook the bay waters and the adjacent patio features unparalleled views of Angel Island and Alcatraz. This one-of-a-kind space has polished concrete floors, track lighting and is perfect for small weddings, receptions, meetings, birthday parties, classes, and more. This space can accommodate up to 80 people seated for dinner, 120 for stand-up reception, or 100 people seated theater style. Rates Monday-Thursday $495/hour with 8 hour minimum (between 7am - 12am) Friday-Sunday Rate: $715/hour with 12 hour minimum (between 7am - 12am) Wi-Fi is available for $20/user/day. Inventory Available Included in rental: • 7 60” round tables (suitable for 8-10 people) • 16 6’ x 2.5’ rectangular tables • 9 8’ x 2.5’ rectangular tables • 130 Banquet Chairs – black • 1 podium • 9 30” round kiosk tables - stand and sip • 10 30” round café tables
Food and non-alcoholic beverages must be provided by a licensed vendor
Cooking onsite is allowed by licensed and insured caterer. No cooking equipment is available, your caterer must bring this in and it will need to be properly permitted.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is absolutely gorgeous!! Perfect views of Alcatraz and the Bay The space is very restricted though. I had a difficult time communicating with the staff durning planning process. It wasn’t a pleasant experience as a bride planning her most special day. It worked out in the end and overall I’m satisfied. As a native of San Francisco, sad to say I wouldn’t book again. Not a very personable experience for such an exciting and memorable time.

Both Peerspace and Fort Mason service were positive with prompt and friendly assistance; answering questions and providing helpful suggestions in a timely manner. Amanda from Peerspace was great to work with. It made renting the Firehouse user friendly. The Firehouse is a great alternative if you don't want something too "stuffy."

We booked this location for a Revenue Kick Off event for my company and it was perfect! Not only is the view from the location stunning, its very safe, walkable, and the staff who supported me through planning was incredible. We hosted +40 people at this location and we had plenty of space. The location is also food truck friendly which was a huge hit for my team. Shawn the coordinator was phenomenal! Genuinely could not have asked for a smoother process. One thing to note if you are booking in the winter months is that it can take a while to heat the building up so plan accordingly. Otherwise, this was an amazing location, and I hope I have an opportunity to plan another event here.

This is a great venue for a gathering of 50-75 people. We hosted a post wedding dinner here and would recommend this spot as this is one of the best spots in the city that comes with the gorgeous views of the bay, barn style high ceiling interiors, and the bridge as well as lots of parking! Cons: the management is handled by fort mason center of arts and culture, and they were not very responsive and effective with their communication. We had to send multiple emails for weeks on our end to receive one response. They also misunderstood our selections of tables and ordered rectangular tables instead of circular which could not be fixed in the end.
