This rate is for mid-week events only (Monday-Thursday). For weekends (Friday-Sunday) we rent our venue for 14 hours 11am-1am with 1 hr courtesy set up (10am entry) and 1 hour for clean up (till 2am). Weekend Pricing- 2018 & 2019 FRIDAY & SUNDAYS: $ 4,700 2018 & 2019 SATURDAYS: $5,800 The Loft is a scenic rooftop venue located in Hip Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This venue was made for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour of your dreams. This intimate space displays a bright white interior with white columns and two walls of windows overlooking the city. The Loft has a built in bar with flexible interior space and a sink with running water. A small reception in the summer months is sweet with you and your guests milling between the patio and Loft space. The Loft can also host a cocktail hour before, with the main space opening to a rooftop patio, perfect for guests that would like to catch a quick break from the action or mingle in the fresh air. This rate is for mid-week events only( Monday-Thursday), For weekend rate please send a message. We love renting our venue to Non-for-Profits & our Military, there will be a complementary 12% discount with proper papers or Active Military ID. The Gallery: • Capacity: Comfortably hold up to 80 people seated; 150 standing • Features 1,525sq ft. outdoor rooftop deck with picture perfect NYC skyline views • Built-in modern bar area with running water • Newly renovated men’s and women’s restroom • Two separate private suites (very sexy) Bathroom, couch, desk (makeup room, bridal suite) Rental of the Gallery includes: • Use of our catering prep room with professional-grade equipment allowing for preparation • Access to our substantial in-house inventory with necessities such as tables, chairs, and WiFi. (Tables and Chairs Available upon request with small rental fee) Other Perks: • Open vendor policy so you may work with whomever you like to create your perfect event • Access to our handpicked preferred vendor list, with contacts to vendors that have worked with us at many events and know or space well
When submitting a request to book please include a detailed description of the event/production. All guest must be out by 1:00am. Cleanup must be over by 2:00am. Please do not inquire about any overnight party's, we do not allow any party to go past 1:00am! No amplified sound is permitted on the outside portion of this event space. All speakers and sound equipment must be inside. Fog machine/haze machine/smoke/dry ice is not permitted anywhere in the facility this includes outside. Deep fryers and barbecuing is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor portion of the location. No alcohol or tickets are allowed to be sold at the door or within the property. Max amount of guests at said location cannot exceed over 150. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the venue No permanent alterations can be made to the space All guests must have insurance. If not, we reserve the right to purchase insurance on the guest's behalf at a cost of $250, which is to be paid by the Guest. Guests are responsible for any damages that take place in the space as per Peerspace policy All trash and supplies belonging to the guests must be removed at the end of the booking. All bookings must be inclusive of setup and clean up time A security deposit of $1,000 is due on or before the booking date
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Mary was wonderful to work with. She replied to all of my messages promptly. The space was even better than shown- the views are fantastic and the default hooks & many lighting options made our event easy. We held our wedding in the space and had an amazing time. Our guests enjoyed the view, the outdoor patio area, and built in bar. Overall, we had a great experience. Where the venue fell short: 1. There were chairs and some tables that were provided by the venue. Promised multiple times in 3 different e-mails were 3 rectangular tables which I saw were not there during our visit. I again asked if the tables would be there on the day of the wedding & I was assured that it would indeed be there. The day came, I told the day manager about this & he was unable to provide the table, which ended up completely changing the planned seating. Everything worked out in the end, but just very frustrating when you are promised something that doesn't actually happen. 2. None of the soap dispensers had been filled- including those in the bathrooms and dressing rooms. 3. The person designated to clean the space was doing so during the time that we were setting up and should have been scheduled for before our arrival. 4. The dressing rooms were also left in disarray on our arrival- hangers and trash were sticking out from under the couches, the floors were dirty with footprints from the prior party. The attention to details just wasn't really there.

The venue is gorgeous with incredible views for a great price, but you don't get much in the way of customer service/support. I couldn't have had my successful wedding without my rockstar vendors (day of coordinator Yellow Balloon Events, and Bassett Caterers) who troubleshooted every issue. The Air Conditioning wasn't working well once we had all the people moving in and out, which is maybe expected for a day in July but the venue offered no solutions/apologies when we informed them and my vendors confirmed it was atypical from their usual experience in the space even on hotter summer days. I would book this space again no question, but just be prepared to have other hired support to help you!

The W Loft was the perfect space for my April wedding. It's a beautiful glass room with a kitchen, a spacious bar, a large area for dining and dancing, and an outdoor patio. The venue is also by the water with a clear view of the NYC skyline.

First, let me dive in to how flexible Mary was when it came to supporting us and getting things done. She was transparent about her availability and helped us through the beginning stages seamlessly. During the final few days before my wedding, I called Mary and asked her a huge amount of questions, which probably could have been answered just by looking on the site, but she was patient with me and answered all of my questions with no problem. Secondly, if i could have a penny for every time someone from my wedding tell me that the space was BEAUTIFUL, that’s probably how we would’ve paid for the space. Lol. The view of the bridge and the city behind us as we’re getting married was so beautiful. To top it off, when my wife and I finally had a moment to ourselves, we were able to step out onto the patio and soak in the view. Alone. It was magical. The support, Josh, who’s designated for the W Loft was extremely friendly and helpful. ( give him a raise!) This night was the best night of our lives. Thanks to Mary, Josh and of course our friends and family.
