Set-up and clean-up must be included as part of total rental time, and a $200 cleaning fee is added to all rentals. Overtime charges apply. Alcoholic beverages can only served by a caterer or bartending service with proper license, certification and insurance, proof of which shall be presented before the event. All beverage service shall strictly comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Alcoholic beverages can not be served to under-aged guests at any time. No noise or amplified music after 10pm from Sunday to Monday including Weekends. All the event garbage should be removed from the property by the event owner of its catering firm. Neighboring property must be left undisturbed, including their garbage bins. No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted. Furniture may be rearranged, but no modifications to the space shall be made. High traffic events require a team member to manage the front door and escort attendees to the space. Security Guard fee charged for $60/per hour for all events more than 75 people. A security deposit of $1,500.00 is held and will be refunded after your event if the space is returned in the condition it is offered and on time otherwise overtime fee of $750/per hour charged for extended hours of usages.
Meghan and her team were fantastic to work with and very helpful! The views of the city were amazing and our event was so great. The bars are very nice and the furniture was great to have to move around and utilize the umbrellas to keep people shaded. Everything couldn't have been better and we hope to host a third event at this space soon!
Meghan was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating prior to and during the event. The space was clean and featured all amenities as advertised. Our event was a rooftop party that benefited a non-profit organization. We utilized the onsite built-in bars, seating areas, umbrellas, and downstairs meeting room. In addition, we brought in a DJ, stage, and branding materials.
