OVERTIME The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guest are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Trash and recycling must be taken out of the space and brought to the curb. The rental fee includes everything but cleaning. Cleaning is an additional $150 for less than 25 people, or $250 if 25+ or if there is food/drink being served. Please take great care with our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti is allowed. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Hosted a panel event followed by a reception and the space could not have been more perfect! From the incredible help setting everything up, to my orientation with Mark before the event to make sure I knew how to operate everything before my event - this was quite possibly one of the smoothest experiences I've had in my ten years of event planning! Our guests raved about the space and I would definitely recommend!
The space was great for a pretty casual corporate workshop! Perfect blend of lounge space + functional working area. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts -- Mark and Carissa were awesome to work with and were beyond accommodating!

We had a great experience with the Peerspace. Everyone was super accessible and responsive, answering our questions and working through the details of our rental. This meant a lot, especially since our team was traveling from California and did not see the location until the day before our event. We were really pleased with the space itself and got lot of compliments from the people who attended our Funder's Briefing. It was the perfect blend of functional and fun to create the right vibe for our gathering.
