OVERTIME The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guest are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Trash and recycling must be taken out of the space and brought to the curb. The rental fee includes everything but cleaning. Cleaning is an additional $150 for less than 25 people, or $250 if 25+ or if there is food/drink being served. Please take great care with our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti is allowed. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. We absolutely loved this space, we were able to transform it into a branded cocktail lounge with the help of Mark who was pleasure to work with. He also had the genius idea of creating a make shift step and repeat out of the divider wall with vinyl stickers which was a hit!
Soho Creative Boardroom & Lounge was a perfect space for our staff retreat. We loved the lounge furniture with a mix of tables to create the right atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed the space and hope we can come back again soon!
The space was amazing and great change of scenery for my staff. Mark was great about helping us set up our WebEx meetings for the day and showing us around the space.
The space itself is both a trendy & creative spot to use for an offsite meeting. Mark, the space host was very helpful throughout the whole process. He greeted us upon arrival and explained how all the technology worked. They take care of clean up, you just take out the trash at the end. If using the space for a presentation it might be better for a smaller group. We added in an extra table which was behind a pole and made it hard to see the TV screens. I would still recommend this space though.
Mark is a wonderful host and this venue was incredibly well furnished and prepped for my company's offsite meeting. The laid-back vibe of the loft was perfect for our event and the pool table was a huge hits among the crowd as was the disco ball, which reinforced the casual ambiance. The giant whiteboard wall between the two projection monitors was perfectly positioned for ample utilization and allowed our presenters to express their creativity via freehand diagrams and flow charts. While the image above is a fairly accurate depiction of the actual venue (there is a lovely couch at the actual site not shown here), I suggest anyone interested in this space to schedule a site visit with Mark so he can walk you through the venue and answer any additional questions.
The space was perfect for our small group meeting. Mark was very responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating to our group. The amenities of the space are top notch. We will definitely book the space again.
