Regular Hours Are 9am-6pm Et. Any Portion Of The Booking That Begins Before 9am Or Extends After 6pm Is Subject To A $175/hour rate. - Furniture can be rearranged within the room but must be moved back to where you found it - No smoking or pets are allowed - All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time - Early deliveries, stories of items, or usage running beyond reserved booking will incur additional charges - Outside catering is permitted - Filming Available Upon Approval *During market weeks, meeting room rates are higher and there is a minimum duration depending how far out one is looking to book due to the high demand. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space is exactly as you would expect. There is also a common room area where you can help yourself or guests to water, sparkling water, coffee, tea, etc. Everyone was very nice there. We ordered catering from Pret A Manger (which is located in the building on the bottom floor). The delivery was on time and the receptionist directed him to our location. It was easy to setup. There are directions on how to connect to wifi and/or use the computer screen made available via small signs on the tables within the room. It's easy to follow and use. The HDMI cable was also provided as well and there was a power strip in the back that you could easily connect to as needed. Overall, everyone enjoyed this space. It did get a bit warm but there are two AC units that you can control via remote yourself. I simply asked and the receptionist turned it on and showed us how to use it. Great location, would definitely rent this space or one of the other spaces at 530 SPACE.
