Located in Chinatown, we're just minutes from DTLA, Echo Park, and conveniently near the 110 freeway. Weekend pricing is applicable for Friday-Sunday dates. Weekday pricing is applicable for Monday-Thursday dates. Please let us know your venue budget and we will do our best to reasonably accommodate it! As a small venue, we strive to be as flexible as possible! SECURITY DEPOSIT 0-100 Guests: $1,000 100-150 Guests: $1,500 150+ Guests: $2,000 *Note: The security deposit is collected separately by the space host in accordance with Peerspace's policy. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our host was very responsive when it came to managing our booking. The space was spectacular! Absolutely dreamy. Moved that they would allow this space to be utilized. We used this space to produce content for our client and we are so thrilled at the outcome!

Amazing space! We use this location as a workspace, and it is great. A lot of room to collaborate or break-out and work separately. Clean and bright, friendly and helpful on-site manager; we look forward to using this space again!

Beautiful venue that was perfect for my event. All of my guests had great things to say about it. Katie, the on site manager, was amazing and answered all of my (many) questions extremely fast and was great to work with. Would recommend!
