Our historic theatre has been artfully transformed into a versatile event space & 2200 sq ft courtyard overlooking DTLA. Suitable for 150 standing or 80 seated guests, we've hosted a variety of events including: corporate conferences & branded activations to product launches, happy hours, private dinner parties, weddings and more. The venue features elegant & modern decor, a bar space, outdoor breakout space & in-house amenities. Located in Chinatown, our venue is just minutes from DTLA, Echo Park, and conveniently near the 110 freeway. Commonly booked for: Filming | Photoshoots | Cocktail Parties | Wedding Ceremonies | Receptions AMENITIES: *Customizable Theatre Marquee *AV --- indoor + outdoor sound systems, projector, wireless mics, XLR cables for DJ set up. *Furniture --- all pictured is included in rental rate. *Built in bar counter --- for catering or beverage service *Load-in/out --- Ground level access & roll-up doors *High speed WiFi & cable TV SPACES INCLUDED: *OUTDOOR COURTYARD: 2,000 square foot outdoor courtyard with brick walls, stunning foliage, string lights, a peeking view of downtown Los Angeles, and spacious enough to stage a number of set ups. *INTERIOR RESIDENCE: 3,500 square foot 2-story indoor event space, including open concept kitchen, media room, 2 lofts, and an open living area. Hosting up to 250 guests standing ~ 150 guests seated PARKING: *2 private parking spaces included. *60 additional spaces available in secured parking lot with valet SECURITY DEPOSIT RATES 1-50 Guests: $1000 50+ Guests: $1,500 Security Deposit HOLD placed on credit card day before the event. Hold expires 7 days after the event. VENDORS: Outside vendors are welcome! We also have a list of “Preferred Vendors” but you are welcome to work with your vendor of choice. All vendors must provide adequate certificates of liability insurance and sign a third-party vendor agreement. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing venue and space perfect for any type of event or production. Ash and his team (Nicole and Stevie) were a pleasure to work with as their venue was hand-chosen by the Peerspace LA team for a Host Appreciation Event. There is garage access, plenty of seating, auxiliary with in-door/outdoor speakers for music, many bedrooms and outdoor areas for break-out sessions. It's truly a one-of a kind space in LA and a true gem. Highly Recommended!
