We boast a 3,000 square foot newly renovated loft space in Chicago's Historic Motor Row District. Just minutes from Chicago's Downtown, Soldier's Field, and McCormick, our location is just close enough to Chicago's main attractions, but far away enough to find street parking. We are equipped with a large training floor that can seat roughly 40 guests with tables and chairs or auditorium style seating for about 60-80. Our executive style well appointed conference room seats ten, and meets the needs of an important meeting. Our hours are from 8am - 10pm. Insurance for events is required. Furniture and equipment is not included in rental of the training floor. Space will need to be returned to the condition prior to event start. Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer.
