If you’ve got an offsite session, multi-day conference, or large social event, the Gallery is for you! Separate from the rest of the cafe, this space is great for 50-180 people. If you book the back room, you have access to 5 private glassed-in meeting rooms, as well as booths--perfect for breakout sessions. Cocktail party, alumni event, theatrical presentation--the Gallery is a big and flexible space with the ambiance of a café. Size: 2850sq.ft. ABOUT US We're a unique artsy-tech venue in the heart of downtown San Francisco, a workspace and 3rd wave shop that combines the aroma and atmosphere of a cafe with the technology and creative environment of a hip startup. CONFIGURATIONS Standard: furniture as-is - 75 people Cocktail: 2 high-top table, rest of furniture as-is - 100 people Presentation: space for projector and up to 50 chairs in rows - 50 people Presentation Premium: space for projector and up to 72 chairs in rows - 72 people * only under special circumstances!
- Do I need to take care of the cleaning? Yes, you are responsible for cleanup although we will handle all of our supplies (including food/beverage arrangements and setup). If your event requires additional cleanup, it is possible and we may include this in your time reservation. - Can we all order lunch? Of course! We have a full menu which can be accommodated into catering sized portions--including finger sandwiches, cheese plate, mixed fruit, etc. Of course, bottles of wine and beer, as well as a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Please just make sure to submit your order at least a week in advance so that we can make sure to have it all ready at the time you need it. - Can I bring in a caterer for my event? We do allow caterers for special events. You can select any caterer you’d like, but they will not be permitted to utilize our kitchen, as it will be reserved for our staff and our own cafe operations. If your caterer will need access to the loading dock, please let me know right away. - Can I bring in or order food from outside? Can you recommend anywhere? Sure! You’re welcome to have food delivered from anywhere in the city or bring in your own food. A lot of people really like using services like Seamless.com to see what restaurants in the area deliver. - Can I bring my own alcohol for my event? We have an awesome beer and wine menu, which you are welcome to pre-order or set up as an open tab. We do not allow outside alcohol at this time. - Special Services: If you require any other special requests, don't hesitate to ask! We're happy to pick up your pizza for you, work with your caterers, re-configure our space, work with you on deliveries, or order additional furniture you may need. Overall the staff was really helpful and the space was nice! Definitely a ton of tables/seats and good amounts of room to walk around. The one drawback was that it was *so hot* in the back room that a few people left because of it. They gave us some fans to add, but it was still super hot back there. Not their fault at all - just unfortunate.
