If you’ve got a meeting session, multi-day conference, or large social corporate gathering, the Gallery is for you! We're a unique artsy-tech venue in the heart of downtown San Francisco that combines the aroma and atmosphere of a cafe with the technology and creative environment of a hip startup. Separate from our cafe, this space is great for 50-150 people. You have access to six private glassed-in meeting rooms, as well as private booths--perfect for breakout sessions. Cocktail party, alumni event, theatrical presentation--the back room is a big and flexible space with the ambiance of a café. A full charge and legit sustenance are also important to the productivity cause. We provide amazing in-house catering, wine and beer upon request. We also allow for outside catering with a $5 per person additional fee.
- Do I need to take care of the cleaning? Yes, you are responsible for cleanup although we will handle all of our supplies (including food/beverage arrangements and setup). If your event requires additional cleanup, it is possible and we may include this in your time reservation. - Can we all order lunch? Of course! We have a full menu which can be accommodated into catering sized portions--including finger sandwiches, cheese plate, mixed fruit, etc. Of course, bottles of wine and beer, as well as a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Please just make sure to submit your order at least a week in advance so that we can make sure to have it all ready at the time you need it. - Can I bring in a caterer for my event? We do allow caterers for special events. There is a $5 per person additional charge. You can select any caterer you’d like, but they will not be permitted to utilize our kitchen, as it will be reserved for our staff and our own cafe operations. If your caterer will need access to the loading dock, please let me know right away. - Can I bring in or order food from outside? Can you recommend anywhere? Sure! You’re welcome to have food delivered from anywhere in the city or bring in your own food. A lot of people really like using services like Seamless.com to see what restaurants in the area deliver. There is a $5 per person additional charge. - Can I bring my own alcohol for my event? We have an awesome beer and wine menu, which you are welcome to pre-order or set up as an open tab. We only allow outside wine at this time with a $10 corkage fee per bottle. - Special Services: If you require any other special requests, don't hesitate to ask! We're happy to pick up your pizza for you, work with your caterers, re-configure our space, work with you on deliveries, or order additional furniture you may need.
