- Can we all order lunch? Of course! We have a full menu which can be accommodated into catering sized portions--including finger sandwiches, cheese plate, mixed fruit, etc. Of course, bottles of wine and beer, as well as a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Please just make sure to submit your order at least a week in advance so that we can make sure to have it all ready at the time you need it. - Can I bring in or order food from outside? Can you recommend anywhere? Sure! You’re welcome to have food delivered from anywhere in the city or bring in your own food. A lot of people really like using services like Seamless.com to see what restaurants in the area deliver. - Do I need to take care of the cleaning? Yes, you are responsible for cleanup although we will handle all of our supplies (including food/beverage arrangements and setup). If your event requires additional cleanup, it is possible and we may include this in your time reservation.
The space was great and amenities are awesome! Concierge and coffee/lunch facilities in the same location made it convenient. However, it was a bit noisy--there was loud music when my team was there for their offsite meeting (even if this room had a door). Being that my team wanted a more private and less noisy space, will consider booking this space for another type of event.
Coffee was convenient and service was great. The room was centrally located and ideal for our half day offsite. The room worked well for our group of 9. Initially we wanted to have 12 people, but any more would have been tight and some people would not have been able to see the screen well. However, the host warned us of this beforehand. She even let us come check it out before we booked!
I booked this room for our Marketing Team's all-day off-site meeting, and the feedback was unanimous. They LOVED it, and were all very vocal about how awesome the space was. My coworkers noted how easy it was to check in, text the hosts for any requests, and how easy and great it was to work with everyone. We have one employee with a chronic injury that requires ice-packs, so an all-day offsite is difficult without a freezer. While there wasn't a fridge on hand for our team, the staff on hand was incredibly helpful with accommodating her needs. She was blown away by the service and incredibly grateful. It was a convenient location, and the team agreed that it would even be a great place to just hang out. The only downside was that the room got pretty hot, so my team did leave the door open. They also apologize to everyone there for the noise level of their meeting as a result. But noise is on us, not the space, so some slightly better AC would probably help on that front for next time. Which there will be one, because everyone can't stop talking about how awesome it was and how they can't wait to come back.
