VENUE INFO Rent out our spacious, urban, bohemian space for your next event! This industrial space is decked out with to-die-for interiors and totals approximately 1,500 square feet. Located in a warehouse district off the beaten path, providing a change of scenery from the daily hustle of downtown Austin. Located just 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Perfect if you're looking for a well-styled space that is transformable should you need lounge seating for brainstorming sessions, classroom seating for more formal educational events, or a cocktail set up for parties. We can do it all! The space also has ample street parking, two unisex bathrooms, and a large kitchen if you need a separate space to stage catering or self-prepared meals. PRICING INFO $400/hour during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM) $500/hour outside normal business hours, weekends and holidays $900/hour during SXSW (March 9 - 18, 2018) Price includes use of space, on site manager during your rental time to address any issues or questions, clean up fee and rental credit for use towards our abundant in house inventory of vintage, bohemian and modern furniture and styling details to outfit the space perfectly. FURNITURE RENTAL CREDIT $1000 credit for first hour, $250 credit for each additional hour of rental time i.e.: our 3 hour minimum rental includes a $1500 credit for furniture rentals Additional furnishings are available for an additional fee. SETUP AND CLEANING FEES We will have a venue manager on site should you have any needs. Prepared food and/or catering services can be brought in and have access to a separate kitchen area that can be used to prep and serve food. If alcohol is being served, you must use a reputable catering service with licensed bartenders (ask us for recommendations of our preferred vendors). Showroom setup and clean up is included in the hourly rental rate, and covers our oversight of the clean up required after an event. We ask that clients leave the space as it was found, and agree to remove and properly dispose of all items brought in (and not provided by us) at the conclusion of the rental. Guests and/or caterer must agree to leave facility in the condition in which they were found when the rental time begins. Guests must make sure all items brought in and not provided by the venue are removed by the end of the rental period. All catering supplies and food should also be removed from the venue and properly disposed of in a nearby dumpster.
