Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Working with Gina on details and Richie with logistics went smoothly. Both of them were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. The venue was perfect and everyone thought it was beautiful. They were both onsite the day of the event and tackled small issues quickly. They even made me a maternity room to use during the event. Their staff was amazing with any and all assistance I needed and started cleanup at the perfect time after our event. One of the staff even helped me into an Uber with drinks left over: We left the remainder of our food for them which I recommend others do just because of the excellent job they do. We will definitely look to The Mezzanine for future events.

Richie was an absolute pleasure to work with! He's super helpful and all about the details which is a dream come true for a planner. The space was even more beautiful in person than it was advertised. I love the fact, that it's somewhat of a speak easy. If you didn't know this gem was there, you'd surely be pleased upon entry. I would refer this venue time and time again!
