We work very hard to keep our venue as clean as a whistle, so we include the cost of cleaning in our basic price. If you intend to utilize the working kitchen itself, we may require you to utilize some of the following add on items.
Staff Services – Subject to 5 hour minimums. We reserves the right to alter number of employees required based on headcount and event style.
Chefs (required if using demo kitchen) - $50 per hour
Maitre D’ (required to oversee any wait staff) – $50 per hour
Waiters - $35 per hour
Dishwashers (required if using our equipment) - $30 per hour
Food & Beverages –
Pantry - $9 per person (list attached)
Water, Sparkling Water & Soda Service - $6 per person
Self-Serve Coffee & Tea Station - $4 per person
MCP Catered Hors d’Oeuvres (menu available upon request) - $6 per person, per piece

Crudité Platter- $8 per person
Cheese Platter - $12 per person
Charcuterie Platter - $15 per person
