Large rooms, high ceilings, beautiful details, huge kitchen, lots of interesting props, high-speed WiFi, Italian espresso machine & natural daylight. Easygoing owner who works in production makes it super-easy to shoot here. Only 20 minutes from Midtown. World's cutest dog included! Note: Rates are flexible depending on scale of the production. Crews of less than 10 people will generally fall around $250/hour
