About the Space

NRM Studios is an 1100 sq/ft multi level creative studio space nestled in the heart of the Dogpatch of San Francisco. The main studio space walls have been covered in state of the art sound proofing panels which makes it the perfect space for any video production where sound is important. Also, our studio space is located off a quiet street, so outside noise is rarely, if ever, an issue. The property also includes: A private green back patio area, full kitchen, coffee maker, (2) bathrooms, full shower, easy access loading dock, remote controlled blackout curtains, smart lighting, and sound booth, making it the perfect space for any video/photo productions here in the Bay Area. There’s plenty of free & safe parking in front AND adjacent to our building. Hungry? Great! Our space is super close to a number of great dining spots to walk to. Ordering in? Even better! It’s a quick delivery from any of your favorite meal delivery services. Lighting, backdrops, and special equipment available for rent upon request.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Pierce is an awesome host and this place has style and comfort to spare! There was some construction going on down the block but we couldn't hear it inside which is a huge plus for this location being so central. Plenty of light and great furniture. I will definitely rent again.

What a spot. If you're looking for a place to film a video this is a great space. We used the upstairs for H&M, the dining room for the crew, and the living room for our set with 10 people. It was more than enough space and exceeded my expectations. I was pleased to see that they had Aperture lights to be rented as well. I'll take hauling less gear and having great gear on location any day.
