All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. This listing is for the second floor vintage loft and roof deck. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life. We have a 1 car space blocked off on the one-way street in front of our building. There are also 2 parking garages within a 1 block radius.
General Rules
12 AM end time for amplified music.
Rental time starts when you enter the building and ends when building is completely vacated. Just a reminder, we’re only open by appointment. If you have any vendors involved make sure to schedule all deliveries, setups or pickup only during your rental window.

ROOF ACCESS
Under no circumstances are guests, equipment, or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck.
LOST ITEMS
We will make our best attempt to return any lost items. However, we are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. Ensure you and your guests remove everything before leaving the building, we have cleaners who will remove unidentified items from the building without consultation. We suggest retrieving left items within 24 hours of event.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Amazing place and amazing host. Justin allowed our decorator to drop her things off the day before and was very lenient with our logistics. Especially since we were battling a snowstorm! Our event was beautiful and the space was perfect! I will definitely recommend this location for absolutely any type of event. Thanks Justin and staff!

My sister and I gave ourselves a 30th birthday party. We all had an amazing time, there weren't many people, but that was perfectly fine. The space was a beautiful as the pictures and we would definitely use the space again if needed. The host was very helpful, they even allowed us to pay for an extra hour while the event was going on!!! 10 thumbs up, 10s all around, loved it!!!

I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about this space, Justin and the rest of the staff. The pandemic has been particularly hard on those of who in the arts sector, with securing a venue to pre-record material for a virtual classical music concert being the most difficult of tasks. Then I happened upon this gem. From the moment I saw this space, I knew this was it. Yesterday's shoot was perfect. Every corner of this space has been thoughtfully resurfaced making it a dream venue for the creative type. Each time we turned our heads we found a new corner in which to take photos and new angles from which to shoot our singers. The photographic/ scenographic possibilities are endless! And then there is Justin whose good nature and professionalism made this experience a breeze. He met every request I had immediately and thoroughly- right down to the piano tuner (who was brilliant by the way). One rarely finds people who are so flexible and make adjustments on a minute's notice- without complaint. Justin is that rare one. No question went unanswered, no request unmet. As you see I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and book this space. You will NOT be sorry. We had a blast last night and you will too. Thank you Justin and Sha for everything. You were amazing!
