Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing place and amazing host. Justin allowed our decorator to drop her things off the day before and was very lenient with our logistics. Especially since we were battling a snowstorm! My sister and I gave ourselves a 30th birthday party. We all had an amazing time, there weren't many people, but that was perfectly fine. The space was a beautiful as the pictures and we would definitely use the space again if needed. The host was very helpful, they even allowed us to pay for an extra hour while the event was going on!!! 10 thumbs up, 10s all around, loved it!!!

I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about this space, Justin and the rest of the staff. The pandemic has been particularly hard on those of who in the arts sector, with securing a venue to pre-record material for a virtual classical music concert being the most difficult of tasks. Then I happened upon this gem. From the moment I saw this space, I knew this was it. Yesterday's shoot was perfect. Every corner of this space has been thoughtfully resurfaced making it a dream venue for the creative type. Each time we turned our heads we found a new corner in which to take photos and new angles from which to shoot our singers. The photographic/ scenographic possibilities are endless! And then there is Justin whose good nature and professionalism made this experience a breeze. He met every request I had immediately and thoroughly- right down to the piano tuner (who was brilliant by the way). One rarely finds people who are so flexible and make adjustments on a minute's notice- without complaint. Justin is that rare one. No question went unanswered, no request unmet. As you see I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and book this space. You will NOT be sorry. We had a blast last night and you will too. Thank you Justin and Sha for everything. You were amazing!
