Catering or cooking classes are available or use of our commercial kitchen space for an additional $100 fee. Tables/chairs/plates/flatware/glassware available for seated dinners of up to 40. Cocktail parties for up to 100 people. All dishes must be washed and put away at the end of the event. You can hire our dishwasher for $25/hour if needed. Room must be left in the same condition as upon rental. This includes washing all dishes used, disposing of all garbage and removing all decorations. You do not need to sweet/mop/sanitize surfaces. If you need setup/cleanup time please include this in your rental times needed. We charge $75/hour for setup and cleanup and we will have your total price paid changed to reflect this.
I rented this venue for a wedding of about 70 people with a buffet dinner. Everyone sat on one side of the venue while the food, drinks, and dancing were on the other. This venue is absolutely stunning with the painted murals, exposed brick, the lights can be dimmed, and it comes with a small stereo system but the speakers pack some punch. The venue host answered all my questions in a timely manner and even helped fix our banner that had fallen down before the event started. This space is completely DIY so make sure you have a good group of friends and family who can help get everything accomplished for your event. There were 2 staff members on site for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself but they're just there to lock and unlock the doors and empty trash cans when asked. We were able to use the large walk-in fridges the night before to chill all the beverages and to store the cakes. The venue was extremely accommodating with the table and chair rental delivery and pick-up. All the guests loved the venue and were amazed we found such a great space. My one critique is that the space immediately behind the curtains separating the venue from the back work space has potential to be better organized to allow for shelving and/or a large flat surface area to store items when not in use during an event. We were rather crowed when clearing away the dinner items and trying to get the coffee and dessert items set up. Other than that the space was fantastic!
Had a rehearsal dinner for 20 people. It was perfect! The space is really cool, industrial, rustic, great murals on the walls, exposed brick, plenty of lighting, a great setting for events! The full commercial kitchen is really nice too. If I remember correctly, there are 12 burners, 3 convection ovens, a grill, flattop, deep fryer, ice machine, and plenty of equipment on site! The staff was awesome as well, helped me with anything I needed and always made sure the event was running smoothly. Our dishwasher, David, was great too, he kept a us laughing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Also my contact, Lucy I believe, was phenomenal. I forgot a few items there and she found them for me right away! Also, she cleared up a minor billing issue with out any delay and I was refunded within 24 hours, awesome! I highly reccommend booking this space, between the staff to the aesthetic of the venue, your event is sure to be a success!
This event space was perfect. Everyone at our art exhibit was raving about how great and beautiful the space was. It was really well cleaned and prepped for our arrival, the staff was more than accommodating with helping our set up, ample parking, the lighting was great too. The only complaint I have was that the air conditioning was not properly set before the event which made it hard for such a big space to cool down in time. Other than that, we couldn't have been happier having our exhibit here. We would most definitely have another event here. I most highly recommend using this space.
We absolutely loved using this space. The owner was extremely helpful in getting us situated even moved everything out of the room so we could bring rented furniture. The kitchen was extremely organized and clean. They even provided dishwasher named David who was so kind and helpful throughout the evening. We look forward to booking this space again!
This venue is as good as advertised. The space was great and clean when I arrived. Management was extremely helpful and attentive. I also appreciated the available furnishing and access to the full kitchen.
We had a small reception for family and friend who couldn't travel to our wedding. The space was perfect! Our guests had so many compliments on the space decor, perfect size for a reception of 65-70. Only small downside, no sound system, but we made it work with a Bose speaker. Host was good a communicating throughout the booking and day of. Already thinking of how I can use the space again in the future.
This space was fantastic! We used it for a family birthday party with around 80 guests in attendance. The staff was very accommodating, making set up and breakdown easy. I highly recommend as all our guests were thrilled with the outcome.
