About the Space

Two spaces, each with an open kitchen. Each space is 1,100 square feet in uptown Hoboken with open windows and great lighting. Rental comes with use of all equipment - plates, silverware, cookware, etc.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

The team here was professional and very responsive, even on a last minute booking we needed for a film shoot. So grateful to them for fitting us in, and being so accommodating! If you need absolute quiet, it might be a little workaround because of street noise, but no different than typical New York sounds!

From my initial inquiry Allen was responsive, attentive, friendly and very helpful. The photos do the space no justice, the venue is absolutely beautiful. Well stocked— we’d packed a ton of props and things of our own, however we didn’t need half of it. Matt was helpful and very welcoming. Would certainly recommend this space and their team. I know we’ll be renting again :)
