Welcome to our cozy conference room in our modern industrial space. Its the perfect location for your next off-site meeting or workshop. Our venue is unique because firstly; we occupy part of an old submarine repair shop that has some great history, and secondly; our space features 18ft high ceilings with beautiful artwork, custom built furniture and cool art installations. Our space is part of a larger Industrial block where a handful of start-ups and small businesses reside. We are across from a lovely park and a stones throw from Amtrak. The free Emery-go-around bus drops from the Bart to outside our office, every half hour and there is plenty of parking available in the neighborhood. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance that also offer breakfast pick up and catering. The conference room seats up to 12 people and include the following amenities: Use of high-speed internet Kitchen with microwave, fridge and filtered water A 48” flatscreen monitor with HDMI cable A projector and screen A huge painted White Board wall 1 reception lounge area A standing-height bar for catering or after-meeting wine tasting Glassware Additional prep room for catering services Wine tasting and cheese platter (please inquire)
Outside food and catering allowed. All left over food and drink must be taken with you and make sure all the trash is taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the bins outside the door. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. Please check to make sure you have all of your belongings before you leave. Any time in the space beyond a 15 minute grace period after the end of your booked time will be considered a paid extra hour.
Nice space for what we needed. The conference room was a decent size and we were able to use some of the exterior common space for some partnering work. Parking was difficult but that might be because we started at 10:00. Ruby's Cafe right around the corner was very convenient and had decent food, Good for a small group. Host was very responsive to my emails. A little on the pricey side.
This event space was amazing!!! The vibe and decor were perfect for my hisband’s 40th birthday. We had to do very little in terms of decorating. Everyone kept asking me where I found the space and that they wanted to throw parties there too! Kara was amazing to work with. She responded quickly to any questions I had and was always available if I needed to stop by and see the space again. They have a great wine selection too. I HIGHLY recommend this venue and will probably use it again in the future.
This was a great space to hold an off-site meeting. Entire wall whiteboard came in handy as well as the other features it offered. Clean, spacious, great decor. Will definitely book again in the future!
The space was great for our 6 person offsite meeting. Two things: it was very warm and humid in the room. The fan worked but was really loud and made it hard to hear the discussions. And the internet was a spotty so retrieving files and emails was slow.
