Reclaimed cedar ceilings soaring up to 31 feet, steel beams housing indoor gardens, and windows give this unique artistic build an open air feel topped by a roof deck with clean views of the Bay and Oakland. Your rental includes private use of all three floors and outdoor areas. This Main Floor presents a sunlit, open space with a custom designed bar and plenty of space for large presentations, seated dinners, and extravagant events. The Mezzanine provides alternative gathering space surrounded by unique artwork, followed by the addition of the rooftop allowing for tent creation if desired. Bar minimum subject to change based on hours of service and guest count. Minimums may be based per person (flat event rate) or on consumption (predetermined bar tab), which may be better if less than 4-hrs. Audio Visuals: We have an exclusive provider that will put together custom quotes for your event. Peerspace Concierge works with this provider, so you may contact them directly for a quote or message host to request provider information. Furniture, Decor: We have incredible partnerships with vendors that know our space. Feel free to request through Peerspace Concierge or the Host. ——————— CONVENIENCE Host can provide Load-in and Load-out details with each guest. Multiple parking lots for self-park. We can also organize and arrange valet parking for an additional cost.

SECURITY DEPOSIT $2,000 refundable security deposit FOOD AND BAR *Beverages: In-house bar packages only (Outside vendors are not permitted) *Food: Preferred vendors list available. *Outside catering is allowed with prior approval or Peerspace Concierge ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all full-day rentals. An additional $350 fee will apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours may require an additional per scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
