This Mix and Mingle venue is a multipurpose space that can be used for mixers, club meetings, micro vendor displays, buffet catering, and demonstration area. The space includes a built in bar area (without sink well or ice maker), a storage area in the rear of the bar, and a roomy corridor and nook. Rates are as follows: - Monday through Friday (9AM to 9PM) Hourly - $250.00/ Space Only ***Additional pricing for Custom Booking Forms on additional amenities*** - Furniture Rentals: $5 /per chair + $10 /per table - Staffing: $50 /per hour - Material Handling Labor: $50/per hour - After Hours Air Conditioning: $150/ per hour - Microphone and speakers: $300 - Projector and screen: $100

This was the perfect space for our Peerspace Community Event! Teresa and her team were a pleasure to work with. What's even better is that the price to book includes A/V. The team was also there to help us acquire last minute things for our event, which was a huge time saver. We will definitely be booking again!
