Parking description
There are two garage parking spaces available for $35 per day.
We have a map of free street parking nearby.
There is paid street parking right out front.
We have a loading zone for easy load in and load out.
We also recommend the Spot Hero app for paid parking.
General Rules
We’re pretty chill & laid back, however, there are just a few rules & things you need to be aware of in order to keep the good vibes alive.
• All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
• You are responsible for all of your trash removal.
• There is street parking available. We also suggest using SpotHero.
• Equipment, furniture rental, furniture removal and catering services rates are determined based on your party's needs. Ask us for whatever you need and we will make it happen.
• Our space is a non-smoking unit, you are welcome to smoke outside. There will be a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
• For damage - We understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use.
• Please respect your neighbors with any late night noise.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned between booking adhering to the most recently updated CDC Guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
