PLEASE NOTE: A studio representative will be on the premises should you have any questions or concerns about the space during your shoot.
Additional Terms:
- Food/Drink: Food and drink is allowed in the studio, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. Please clean up after yourself or you will be charged a cleanup fee.
- Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the studio. You may step outside if you need to smoke. Absolutely no marijuana or other illegal drugs allowed on the premises.
- Office: The studio office and computers will NOT be available for use. Please bring your own laptop or any post-production editing hardware/software you need for your project. We ask you remain out of the office area and respect our office equipment.
- Damage/Cleanliness: We understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. The guests undertakes to hold the host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the Brewery Artist Lofts just north of DTLA, this multi-level, 2000 sq ft photo studio can accomodate almost any photography need! With a downstairs waiting room and bathroom, two lofted shooting bays, and a makeup station with dressing rooms, space will never be an issue. Seamless, lights, and equipment are available on-site for an additional fee, and make production simple and efficient. In addition, Wi-Fi and a Sonos Music system are installed and available throughout the entire studio for your convenience. Our typical availability is Monday through Friday, however weekend hours are available upon special request for an additional fee. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
