Classic 1940's Art Deco one bedroom apartment with a skyline view that includes the Hollywood sign, The Observatory and a Palm Tree lined street, a pastel green bathroom, farmhouse style bathroom and wooden floors. The apartment boasts great light and has a variety of bold, tropical and spooky props and furniture. We have a variety of amazing props such as a giant ice cream, glittery blue rifle + velvet lips couch. You'll also have access to many costumes and backdrops. We are offering our home for still and/or video shoots and have attached photos of the apartment in it's natural setting, as well as photo shoot examples that have been shot here.
