This Mission loft is a light filled daily rental for private events, company off-sites and video / photo productions. The standard rental period is between 8AM and 8PM. Need an inspiring space for the day! We've got you covered! The space includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small patio off the dining room. It is an open floor plan (dining, kitchen and living room) that can host up to a 10 person event in casual San Francisco style. If you have a larger event in mind, please contact us and we can discuss whether we can accommodate your needs. COMPANY OFF-SITES / INTIMATE GATHERINGS: The Mission loft is located in a recently renovated 1908 Victorian residential building with 10' ceilings, amazing light, a designer kitchen and lots of comfortable seating. It is approximately 1,400 ssft. PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: The 8 windows in the space are all essentially north facing - the light is diffused and does not shine directly into the space. Recent clients include: * Airbnb * GAP * Walmart * Sephora * Paypal * CNN * Everlane * Numerous private modeling and video productions The Loft includes: - 8 person dining table, - 6' kitchen island that can be moved to allow more seating in the dining area; - Living room seating for 8 (2 large sofas (8' and 6'), several ottoman and floor pillows; - Samsung TV with fully articulating wall hung mount and adaptor to allow you to hookup your laptop; - Variety of dimmable light designs and configurations; - Beautiful bathroom with massive skylight - Room to store your gear or do hair and makeup off-set Check-in: 8AM or later. We'll give you a quick rundown of the space, answer all your questions and then she's all yours! Check-out: 8PM. We would appreciate it if you put the space back in a similar condition to how you found it at checkin. We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. You may park in the driveway for 5 to 10 minutes during unloading and loading, but will need to find alternate parking during their stay. There are metered spots available or several parking garages in the neighborhood (Mission Bartlett Garage).

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place is so amazing!! It literally did take my breath away. Michael has it fixed up so nice inside and the kitchen is perfect. Not to mention he was very kind, and reasonable. He started our time after he showed up around the place and that gave us time to clean up and safely leave. I definitely will recommend this space over and over again. I had a wonderful experience.

My video crew and I had a wonderful shoot due to Michael's openness, help & beautiful space. I highly suggest Michael as a host and his space as an event space or a video/photography studio. Everything was exactly as expected look wise but even better in person. My only wish is that we booked it for a little longer after the shoot to just hang out and appreciate the environment. I will definitely be renting again!

Space was great for photos and video. I had 4 models for a consumer product videos shoot. There was ample space for gear, staging, and the main spaces were large and bright. On top of that, Michael was incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Will be happy to book again.
