Our amphitheater venue is a great option for those looking for a mix between an open event space and a lecture hall. The space is located on the same floor as our community coworking space and provides both a staged area for organized talks, lectures, classes etc. and an open cafe section for post-lecture mingling. Complete with a pull-down screen and suspended projector, this low-maintenance space comes prepped and ready to go! *Please note that this venue is intended for professional themed events and meetups and is not available for large parties and solely-social gatherings such as birthdays, weddings, reunions, anniversaries, proms etc.* Features include: - Space for 100 standing 50 seated (additional seating available uopn request). - Tables and chairs to be either utilized or removed from the space. - Easy access to Bart and the Transbay Bus Terminal. - AV equipment available upon request - Full staff support before, during and after your event. Just like our parents used to say, always leave the room as you found it - or better :) - All guests are responsible for the behavior or their attendees. - The venue must be respected at all times by both hosts and guests. - Any damages must be reported to the venue staff right away. - All borrowed equipment must be returned to the space following an event. - In some instances, our guests will be asked to assist in the set-up and break-down and clean-up of an event. - Guest must provide at least one staff person to check in guests at our front lobby entrance. - Guests are responsible for clearing guests from the space once an event has concluded. - Guests are also responsible for respecting the agreed upon timeframe and attendee numbers for each event. - Please note that any unexpected extentions of event hours or attendee numbers will result in added fees.
1. this space is incredible. It is great for a happy hour and guest panel. 2. Charlie- the space manager is even more incredible. He was extremely helpful with the set up and breakdown of the event, and was also assisting during the event. We really appreciated his help!
We host a demo open house for our company, we had around 70-80 ppl came over, this place was great! we had a great night! Charlie took a video to show me how is this place, it looks just the same! very nice!
This space at Ecosystm was perfect for our needs. Charlie was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and made everything really easy for us. The space itself is configurable in different ways, has AV included if you're doing a panel, and ordering food to complement the event was really easy. If we needed to book something like this again we'd definitely check availability here.
