The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The problem we had was when the confirmation came through from Peerspace, it listed the wrong room number. Our guests were trying to get into room 643 (which needed an access code) instead of 642. The other problem is that although the host unlocked the door on the second day, it must have been re-locked by Security at some point so our guests had to go to Security to have them unlock the door again. This space was actually too far out from Union Square so not convenient for our guests. We will probably not book here again due to that.
Really nice facility in beautiful downtown building. There was 8 of us and it was OK size for the need. Loved the extra lounge area so we could break out into two sessions for deep dive. Host Eric was fantastic. Very accommodating, and extra helpful. Very responsive during planning - Highly recommend. There was a training going on at the adjacent room so on occasions they complained about the noise coming from the room. So if you will have 5+ attendees, double check if room next door will be taken, It may be too crowded. Overall, excellent value for the money.
Simple, easy process. Room was as photographed and accomplished what we needed it for. Only concern was wifi was very slow (speedtest was < 10MBPS up and down), so if you're going to need decent connection, be mindful.
The host was responsive and helpful. We were very lucky as we booked this space with very little notice and so it was very fortunate for us that he was able to accommodate our request. The space was a good size for 6 of us to collaborate and to have a conference call. The lobby area was a nice perk and useful for when one of us needed to break off and have a separate, more private, conversation. The building is gorgeous & the room itself is simple and efficient. I am very happy with our experience and the value.
