Located on a wide street in a quiet residential neighborhood which overlooks LA, this 4,000 square ft property was designed for entertainment - it has a clean, open feel, modern decor, and an expansive outdoor deck with stunning city views. Please note: Amplified music and DJ's are not permitted Features include: - Gated estate with a motor court entrance for full privacy - Rooms, decor & furniture featuring a minimalist aesthetic - Large living room with a gas fireplace - A modern, fully equipped kitchen - Expansive outdoor deck with lounge seating & stunning views of downtown. - Pool & jacuzzi available for guests during the booking - Plenty of free street parking available for guest vehicles. The space is ideal for hosting a: mixer, cocktail party, charity event, corporate party, small yoga workshop, private fitness class, and more.

We had a wonderful day filming here. Home worked beautifully, including on a rainy day! The home is very functional with multiple spaces for crew / producers / talent to disperse. We filmed a 5 camera sit down interview. Grateful for this experience and we will definitely be renting this beautiful property again!!!

The space is amazing, clean and much bigger in person. We were able to utilize the openness (indoor and outdoor) of the space for our all day team-building retreat. Adam and Gigi were very helpful throughout the entire day. I highly recommend this space for all your meeting and work event needs.
