About the Space
*This is the OFFSITE listing for our loft event space, which is meant for weekday daytime bookings between 8am and 5pm. Please inquire under our EVENT listing for evening and weekend bookings.* Set above the active workshop of renowned Northwest craftsman, Michael Marian, the loft is a beautifully restored event space just a block from the Ballard Bridge on the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Our loft provides over 2,000 sq ft of entertainment space, which includes 12 ft high ceilings, an open chef's kitchen, seating for 40, and a large lounge overlooking the workshop. PLEASE NOTE that the workshop below is, indeed, active during weekday daytime hours. Some guests consider the wood and metal work from downstairs as "background noise," as other guests have been more sensitive to it. If you are worried about the level of background noise during your meeting, we recommend visiting the space in advance of your offsite booking to check the background noise levels in person. No food & beverage restrictions. Bring in all food & bev yourself or work with our preferred catering teams for private dining options. Full place settings for 50 guests (including dishes, glassware, and flatware) can be rented for $200 per booking. With a full service kitchen and private dining options, our space will make your gathering exceptionally unique. Additional amenities included in your booking: chef’s kitchen appliances, two oversized dining tables, 40 dining chairs, 2 hightop cocktail tables, 60" flat screen TV for presenting, surround stereo system, two private restrooms, and free onsite parking. *ADD-ON options for offsite meetings include Projector & Screen, Large Rolling Whiteboard, and 3M Flipchart & Markers. See price options or include in your booking under ADD-ONS for booking. *Our Event Assistant is only onsite for setup and cleanup, but is on-call remotely throughout your event. Onsite support is available for $35/hour, if needed. *The space is essentially "yours" for the duration of your booking. We kindly ask that you treat our loft like your home. *This hourly rate reflects pricing during the day for offsite meetings, workshops, and production bookings.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We loved having our co-ed Baby Shower at the Marian Built space. The venue has such a simple, beautiful look, was easy to decorate minimally, the event team was so responsive/helpful, and we got so many compliments from our guest. I felt like the space was so quintessential “Seattle”- industrial, light filled, by the water, and beautiful. Would recommend for any Showers, birthday parties, small corporate events, etc.

Loved this venue! It was the perfect size and style for my baby shower. I had plenty of room to set up a food counter and use one of the long tables for baby shower games, with room for guests to mingle at the couches or each at the other table and not feel crowded. The venue is already stylish, so decorating with some balloons and banners was easy. I appreciated that there were two bathrooms. The only bummer was the lack of elevator, but it didn't deter us from having a simple set up and clean up experience. Communication was easy and pleasant, and all around everything was very positive. I received a lot of compliments on the venue choice, and would definitely recommend this space to others.

Wow, we LOVED working with the entire team at Marian Built Loft. From the minute we found the place on Peerspace to the end of our event, we were met with professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. We were hosting a large dinner as part of our women's non-profit and wanted a beautiful space that would allow us the flexibility to bring in our own food and make the space our own. Everything about the space is immaculate, modern and SO beautiful. Guests were complimenting the space all night long. Anita and Lanie were extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had prior to the event and even on the day of. We felt so taken care of and knew that with both of them (and Marissa!) that we were in good hands. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this space, it was perfect for our needs.
