(Based on 8 hours between 9am and 5 pm) This 90 sqft room will be your music heaven where you can be as loud as want and comes with a Drum set, Nice clean carpet, double insulated walls, 14 Outlets, Guitar stand and noise reduction foam. The room is available from 9am - 5pm Monday Through Friday and come with access to break room, kitchen and clean restrooms. The building is monitored by 24hour surveillance camera.
