Located less than 10 minutes from downtown, our space features an open concept design to encourage open lines of communication and creativity. We can seat 40 guests and arrange tables and shelves to create plenty of room to present and breakout into smaller groups. We are an eclectic, versatile space operating as an off-site meeting space. Ample parking on site. Artistic succulents hanging from the ceiling. Amazing Austin art sculptures outside. This space is sure to wow for any daytime professional use. We would love to be your turnkey meeting or training host and work with you to ensure a special and successful session. --Accommodations-- We have tables and chairs for 45 guests and can rent additional furniture as needed by clients. Our projector works well in daylight, and we have a sound system that you can plug right into with a 3.5mm jack. For on-the-spot brainstorming, we have whiteboards and sticky notes. --Multiple Configurations-- As you can see in the sample floor plans in the photography section, our furniture can be easily rearranged to create large square tables, long banquet tables, or no tables at all if you prefer theater style seating. --Additional Sweeteners to your Meeting-- Natural lighting and open space keeps people awake, and we can provide crayons and other tools for productive doodling or simple pens and paper. We are happy to work with you to arrange catering, coffee, etc. Team Building Activities ($) - We are happy to offer an array of team building opportunities and options to any booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Eli is great and the space is truly unique. Would advise specifying and meeting up with Eli to make sure you can get exactly what you need as the space is a bit busy, but Eli will help you out with everything. Great host for the space, very helpful and enjoyable to work with.
