All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in East Austin, this eclectic, versatile space operates as a walk-in crafting studio day-to-day and unique venue space for special events. Ample parking on site. All furniture is on wheels and can be easily rearranged. There is a 12 x 12 foot drive-up bay door for bringing in large equipment. Ample natural lighting and outlets for plugging in lights. Sound abatement provided by 15-25 foot cathedral ceilings and soft exposed insulation. Several live and recorded productions have reported that this space is perfect for audio. Located right next to GEAR on East Cesar Chavez. For more than 8 crew/cast members, please submit inquiry instead of instant booking.

Parking description
We share a parking lot with neighbors, but there are more than 100 spots, and the parking lot has never been completely full. We will send you a map to share with your guests, with an arrow right to our door and parking.

Lighting description
We have a lot of natural light coming in from windows, as well as a bay door that can be opened. All widows do not have shades but may be covered with blackout fabric for the production. To reduce light, the windows on the west side have white, light-filtering fabric shade.
Space is not soundproof

We are back from the street and, for the most part, our neighbors cause little noise.

General Rules
* You are welcome to bring in any food and drinks. We provide filtered water, glasses, plates, etc. so no bottled water or disposables.
* No smoking.
* Loud music is okay.
* Production events require a minimum of 2 hours, and must be approved (no Instant Book) if the number of people in the venue is greater than 8.
* No Instant Book for events starting before 9am or after 9pm.
* No Instant Book more than 2 weeks in advance.
* NO early arrivals! We will open the door to you at the agreed upon time, when your Peerspace booking begins. If you need time to set up, please plan accordingly.
Production insurance is not required

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Eli was awesome! Pre-shoot, she was very responsive and extremely helpful. On day of, she moved things around, brought us coffee, picked up our crew lunch. She was so helpful and so flexible. I would absolutely come back!

This was a great space to use for a recent editorial shoot. Great natural light! Eli was a great Host, easy and fast communication. We needed to utilize the 12x12 garage door to bring in our hero prop and it made for an easy and quick load in and out. Thanks again Eli!

Eli was amazing. We are so glad we found this place for our team offsite for ~40. We did 1-hour of presentations, and 2-hours of team building which required people sitting and moving around. The space was cozy, inspirational and was perfect for our team. Eli was fun to work with and she was flexible with what we needed (table/chair space design). Her provided coffee and water tasted great. I would book again 100%.
