All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Large, deep pool with spacious seating areas. Barbecue area on lower level. Huge dining table, chaise lounges, side tables, chairs and decorative pillows. Planters with Palm trees, and huge rocks surround the pool with private ivy up the walls. Optional waterfall available. Malibu solar lights at night. Lovely view of the Hollywood sign.

We are on a cul-de-sac. There is free unlimited parking across the street along the green hedge and up the block. Also the block before our street is free too.
General Rules
Please use recycled blue bins and black trashcan in the driveway.
No glassware or breakable pottery is allowed by the pool area for safety reasons.
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

No, I would not book again.
Our host was so nice and the primary space listed for rental in the backyard looked great. We, however, shot in the driveway and only accessed the bathroom on occasion. There were many people at this house, and many of them didn't seem to know that we had rented the front for a photoshoot. They would get agitated or walk through a shot, often un-masked (this is during COVID-19 and felt really odd). I would like to have given five stars because Joycelyne was really kind and accommodating, but her other guests didn't get the memo and it made for a bit of an awkward shoot.
