SilverLake is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles, just a few minutes and you arrive at parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and funky retail stores. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath home; the Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a newly remodeled private bathroom. The second bedroom is with a queen bed overlooking the side and backyard. The second bathroom still has it’s original 1920’s tile and claw-foot tub for you to enjoy a luscious soak. We also have available 2 twin mattresses for an additional 2 guests (or children). All our rooms have new beds with comfortable and clean sheets and blankets. Wonderful garden views from every room. There is a private and large yard for you to sunbathe, enjoy a meal or take an afternoon nap; there is also plenty of room for kids to play and run around. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook yourself up a gourmet meal and enjoy it in the formal dining room. The living room and dining room have beautiful walnut hardwood floors. There’s also a small office area if you need to get some work done. In short... NO excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages and usage of Hard drugs on premises! 2. No extra guests are allowed on premises unless landlord is notified, overnight guests are allowed only if paying the extra fee 3. NO! smoking in the house,please always smoke outside. 4. Please don't leave any flammables such as candles,incense unattended. 5. If you need an extra key or lost a key please notify us (do not duplicate our house keys) and please return the keys at the end of your stay. 6. Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized. 7.
