This is a community meeting center used by a nonprofit educational group. We have a small stage and podium in front of theatre style seating where we enjoy lectures and presentations during our Sunday meetings. Using our AV equipment and large, beautiful monitor can be negotiated. Seven round tables that seat 4-6, and several banquet tables, fill up the rest of the space. We use these for lunch or dinner after meetings. We are hoping to find a person or a group that requires, or can work around, our basic setup. We do not have the time or the personnel to help with changing things around on a daily basis. There is a small office (11 x 20) with two desks and conference seating for 6-8, and a storage room (12 x 12). The office is used by our Executive Director as needed, but she can agree to not be present during your activities if you need privacy in the office. We have a piano you can use. We have a large sink, a full size microwave, one under counter refrigerator and one full size refrigerator. We can share, or give you the under counter refrigerator. We also have WiFi.
Food and beverages are fine, as is alcohol. We have a professional cleaning service once a month that gives a good scrubbing. Between visits things are generally clean and orderly. We occupy the bottom half of a two story building near an industrial park area. There is currently no one else downstairs, and there are two small offices upstairs. Men and women's restrooms are in the adjacent hallway accessed by a door that leads out of our community room. Insurance = Users must provide a certificate of General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 million dollars before the usage of the facility take place Cleaning = we expect it to be left as clean as you found it
The space was great. It had a lot of amenities. The staff was amazing, they even offered coffee and snacks to my attendees for no charge. Just make sure the attendees can locate it, because you can miss the venue very easily.
This space is awesome - it's more spacious than it looks in pictures and can be set up to look really nice. We hosted a dinner here and the set up was perfect. Debbie was super helpful throughout the entire booking process and made sure we had everything we needed. She was always reachable and very flexible. When we arrived, everything was spotless. Overall we're pretty happy we booked this place! Highly recommend.
